Less than half year after the announcing of the first 3 Megapixel camera phone, taiwanese company xCute have again grasped the headlines by release of first 6 Megapixel GSM phone! This phone is on sale since August and costs approximately $440 - $490.
Xcute-DV2 is able to make photos with the resolution 2816 x 2112 pixels. Actually, it not 6 MPix, but something about 5.7 MPix. But the device support also video in several formats, including - AVI (640х480 maximal res.)

Xcute-DV2 is taiwanese cell phone. It means, that on the keyboard, you will find strange signs :-) , besides latin letters. And in adjustments of input you will find a lot of not so the necessary for us modes. Materials of the case are quite strong. Plastic qualitative enough - at least, phone is not scratched quickly though has almost glossy covering.

Censures cause only flip - Xcute-DV2 is unfamiliar to the concept “hard fixing” absolutely. Probably, it is feature of a design, because flip does not dangle, but it can be shaken slightly in any directions in any position (squeaks at pressing on the cover of the accumulator :-) ).
